During Ocean Business 2019, the iFADO project will host an ‘Innovation Meets Industry’ workshop, which is open to all exhibitors and participants of this forum. The workshop will outline project objectives and showcase platforms that are available to the industry sector, including gliders, fixed-point observatories, satellite data, among others.

The project is establishing a network of technology companies providing products and services to the ocean observation community in order to develop innovative services, processes, products or devices in the field of marine observation. The iFADO partnership, involving 20 partners, will foster a regional quadruple-helix regional cooperation to ensure that the designed project products meet market needs and are sustainable after the project lifetime.
During the same week, in Southampton, the iFADO consortium will be gathered for the 4th Project Partner Meeting on 8th & 9th April 2019. It is an opportunity for all Work Package leaders to update on the progress of project activities.
